What happens after I book a transfer?
Once your booking is complete, you will receive a confirmation via SMS and email, including all trip details, a secure payment link (if you wish to pay online), and your driver’s name and phone number.
What is your cancellation policy?
• Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the scheduled pickup are eligible for a full refund. • Cancellations within 48 hours are non-refundable. • If you miss your flight or fail to arrive at the pickup location, the full fare is due, covering the driver’s travel time and costs.
