What happens after I book a transfer?

What is your cancellation policy?
• Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the scheduled pickup are eligible for a full refund. • Cancellations within 48 hours are non-refundable. • If you miss your flight or fail to arrive at the pickup location, the full fare is due, covering the driver’s travel time and costs.
